Utilizing Kveik Yeast, an ancient Scandinavian varietal, our flagship mead is the one you continuously go back to as it is a true showcase of Nature’s sweetest bounty: Honey.

    Ingredients: NJ Wildflower Honey, Water
    Yeast: Kveik
    ABV: 13.1%

    Flavor Profile: Nose of lightly floral honey leading to soft notes of orange, semi-sweet honey & slightly funky earth-tones ending in a lingering finish that’s dangerously quaffable.

    Drinking Temp Suggestion: Room temp or slightly chilled

    We decided to mix things up a little & use some deliciously delectable New Jersey Blueberry Honey.Yes please indeed.

    ABV: 11.5%

    Flavor Profile: Nose & flavors of soft yet pronounced fruity blueberry with a clean acidic bite halfway through before the berries come back around.
