Revered for it’s anti-inflammatory properties due to it’s turmeric base combined with other spices and herbs, Golden Milk is also exceptionally delicious as a tonic in and of itself. We are not claiming this mead to be medicinal by any means, but we do our best to honor this ancient beverage by recreating it into one of our easy favorites. This here is a good one.

  • Tiramisu

Coffee is one of those foods that can be applied in the most wonderful ways but when done poorly it’s the only note and it’s far from pleasant. Tiramisu is one of those desserts that once you’ve had a bite of it you’ll never want anything else. The masterful blending of the cream, coffee, rum, cocoa, ladyfingers is truly transcendental. We teamed up with our friends over at Forín Cafe who helped us source the perfect beans to even attempt this feat. Then after getting a bit Lost in the Sauce from swigging rum to REALLY get into the spirit and get those flavors pinpointed with an absolute certainty, we threw too much stuff into the Mead and just crossed our fingers. Enjoy.
